2026 Season

The 2026 FQ Whitsunday Coast football season starts in March.

In 2026 we are aiming to field the following teams in the FQPL and Community competitions:

  • Men - Premier / U23’s

  • Men - Division 1 / Division 2

  • Women - Premier / U23’s

  • U16/17/18’s (combined)

  • U14/ 15’s (combined)

  • U13’s

Training days/ times are as follows:

  • U13's - Tuesdays @ 4.30pm. Start 17 February

  • U14/15's - Tuesdays @ 4.30pm. Start 10 February

  • Women (aged U16+) - Wednesdays 6.15pm. Start January

  • Men (aged U16+) - Tuesdays/ Thursdays 6.30pm. Start 3 February

FQ Whitsunday Coast competition

All teams entered into the FQ Whitsunday Coast competition play a home-and-away series from March to September. This means some games are at home at Whitsunday Sportspark and some in Mackay. For the youth teams most games are held at Mackay Regional Football Zone grounds and for the senior teams most games are held at the opposing teams grounds. All youth games are played on Saturdays. Senior games are a mix of Friday nights and Saturdays, depending on the team.

All results and competition tables can be tracked via the Squadi App. Download from ITunes or Google Play store. Select Whitsunday United FC to track your teams results each week.

Registration is now open for 2026 and a TWO-STEP process is MANDATORY:

  • Go to PlayFootball , login and then search Whitsunday United Football Club. Register with Football Australia and pay their registration fee. If you do not have an existing account, you will be required to create a new one.

  • Then go to Squadi, login and register for the season with Whitsunday United Football Club and pay the club registration fee. If you do not have an existing account, you will be required to create a new one.

You will need to complete both steps of the registration process and pay your fees in full before your registration is approved.

REGISTRATION FEES

  • Youth registration fees (U13, U14/15, U16-18) = $400 (plus $15 PlayFootball fee)

  • Senior registration fees = $450 (plus $35 PlayFootball fee)

Early bird registration on Squadi is available up to 20 February using code EARLY BIRD at checkout. Club registrations this year includes home game gate entry (at Whitsunday Sportspark), club shorts and club socks. Club shirts and training shirts are NOT included in registration fees and can be purchased from the club directly. Players who live in Bowen may be eligible for a travel discount through the club on their fees, please contact us directly for info.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR SQUADI:

  • Enter 4802 to find the Club and select Whitsunday United Football Club

  • U13 - U18’s select Junior Registration package

  • Players 18+ select the Senior Registration Package

  • PlayOn! vouchers can be redeemed in Squadi - on the payment screen select Government Voucher and enter voucher details

  • U13 - U18’s select Junior Outdoor Player product

  • Players 18+ select the Senior Outdoor Player product

  • You will need to click on each of the documents in the Terms & Conditions selection until they turn green, before it will let you CONFIRM and move on - see below example:
