Thursday 25th November 2021 at 6:00pm Whitsunday Sports Park AFL Clubhouse,
Shute Harbour Rd, JUBILEE POCKET QLD 4802
Agenda - General Business:
• Present and accept minutes of the last annual general meeting
• Submit President’s / Management Committee Report
• Submit Treasurer’s Report which includes:
o The statement of the Club's income and expenditure for the last financial year , it's assets and any liabilities if any)
o The Auditor’s report on the financial affairs of the Club for the last financial year
• Presenting the audited financial statement for adoption
• Appointing auditor for next financial year
Election of management Committee:
• Resignation of current committee and election of new committee which will consist of:
o President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and committee members.
Any two financial members can nominate any other member to serve on the management committee. Nominations for committee positions may be in writing to the Secretary 7 days prior to the AGM (preferred) or made verbally form the floor of the meeting. If a vote is required, it will be conducted by secret ballot.
Proxy votes will only be accepted for nominations received prior to AGM
